We tried Patriot BBQ at Colony Days in Palmer, and man o man it was amazing. The brisket was tender with a great subtle smoke flavor and a beautiful smoke ring. I tried the BBQ sauce with the brisket and it was also great, but the brisket did not need any sauce. The potatoes they serve are amazing and an excellent side choice. We loved it so much that we bought a to go meal for dinner later on. I love supporting Veteran owned businesses too. Thank you Patriot BBQ, I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

I am on the hunt for the best BBQ in Alaska and I have found it. Amazing Christian business with absolutely phenomenal food. Every meat was like a bite from heaven and the new flavors brought my palet complete happiness. Great pice. Best BBQ sauces. All of the sides had amazing textures and flavors. Couldn't asked for better. Great experience!
