Limited foods, cost of common items are tripled for example the refresher drink was $4.30 that is 1.49 at local supermarket, cilantro in local store is $.99 and they had 1 bunch for 1.99. they have very high prices for goods and not a great collection. Will not be going here again. Do not recommend

I love this place so much! I could be in here for hours lol. Tons of natural products, local meat, healthy organic food and sooo much more. So lucky to have a place like this in our area!

A friend took me there and I was a kid in the candy store lol. Staff is super kind and knowledgeable. Great selection of veggies and fruit. Let's not talk about the herbalist herbs they have something for every ailment your battling. Wish there was one in Cohoes. Thank you guys for introducing me to a healthy life style.

Sweet little store however many vitamins are on shelves in the windowa... Sun/light and heat really depletes the nutrient content in almost every herb vitamin and mineral.

I had never been to this store although I've driven by several times so today I decided to stop in and check it out. The people working there were very friendly and helpful in a perfectly non-obtrusive way. The store is well-organized and welcoming and they have an excellent selection of local meats, dairy, and produce. I will definitely be back!

The best health food store in the area. Despite being smaller in size than the likes of TJs or WFs their selection is rather encompassing. The staff has been friendly and helpful in my several visits. They have a lot of items you can’t find anywhere in the area. While prices on some package dry goods may be more affordable in a normal grocery store, I come here seeking the things outside the normal grocery stores aisles and they are almost always in stock and priced competitively with what the market for that specific health food item. If you’re in the area and searching for natural items not found in the processed food sections of your normal store, give this place a try.

I had forgotten all about this alternative grocery store - 20 years later I went in and it still has everything I remember plus even more. The little homemade energy bites *chef kiss* and wonderful selection of natural and organic products both in traditional groceries and personal care!
