Paris Baguette is a pastry lover’s paradise! Their coffee cakes are absolutely divine—light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of richness. Every pastry I’ve tried has been incredibly fresh, flaky, and full of flavor, from the classic croissants to the delicious fruit-filled danishes. Their selection is impressive, and everything is beautifully crafted. Pairing one of their pastries with a fresh cup of coffee makes for the perfect treat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly. A must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality baked goods!

Paris Baguette offers a delightful selection of desserts, and my favorites are the NY cheesecake, mocha cake, and signature roll cake, which are all consistently delicious and fresh.
The NY cheesecake is rich and creamy, the mocha cake has a perfect balance of coffee and chocolate flavors, and the signature roll is light and fluffy.
The service was excellent, with a very nice and friendly cashier who made the experience even better.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!

If you're looking for a good coffee shop or a good bakery, look no further. This is the place you want to visit for delicious coffee (my favorite is the Sweet Cream Late) or delicious baked foods. Also, there's plenty of seating in the cozy seating area.

We ordered almond Croissants and chocolate crossiant but none of them has any stuff in it. I could better have bought plain crossiant and put sliced almond and chocolate syrup, because that's what i got. The cake taste stale. Please avoid going to this place

If I could give negative stars to this location for the rude management , I would.
They gave us the wrong cake and we didn’t realize that until we came home.
It was my kid’s birthday so I had to go through the trouble of driving back to return it and get the right one.
The store employee and then the manager took zero responsibility for giving us the wrong cake and were extremely argumentative. Zero points for customer service. I cancelled the two cake orders I had placed at this store and disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. Again, the manager couldn’t care less and showed it in his behavior. Clearly, we would not be returning to this location ever again.

Their credit card payment system was off. I swiped my card, and it didn't go through. Manager made me come back and pay a second time. He should have been more careful and thorough the first time.

I got a mocha cake from here for my sons birthday. The cake was very dry and i can clearly say that it is not fresh .i am not at all satisfied with the cake being dry . Usually i like their cakes so much but here the only issue is they are not giving fresh cakes . I took the cake and showed the cake to the Pleasanton branch store manager and the employees and the store manager is very very rude and they are literally laughing at me and made me uncomfortable in-front of other customers about the cake is fresh and still she is complaining about it . They were very very rude and not addressing the issue of cake not being fresh and in-return said that the cake is fresh . I asked the fresh cake and tasted both the cakes and there is huge huge difference in freshness. Still the store manager is trying to do cover up and saying it is fresh and not at all addressed the issue .. i am really disappointed with the freshness of the cake and the behavior of the management in the Pleasanton store . The store manager even talking about racism like why only Indian people give this kind of complaints . Next day my husband went to get another cake .In general he asked a question about freshness as he didn’t know all this conversation i had with them . Even with him she was very rude and she is treating people very cheap . I can see the kind of look she is giving ti customers.
