This area is very lucky to have Pardy's doing the work they do. On-the-farm slaughter is the most humane and caring way to end your animal's life and the fact that Pardy's is committed to doing that is fortunate. They're highly professional, experienced, and down to earth. The slaughter was perfect, they helped with clean up, and were on their way within an hour of arriving. The packaging and labeling is excellent. They are a small operation and you can be assured you will get your own meat back unlike many slaughter houses that mix up orders and give you someone else's meat which is very important to small scale farmers that may raise 100 percent grass fed beef or heritage livestock. For the sake of your animal, if you can, let Pardy's do on the farm slaughter which is a very rare service to have access to. Excellent job and I highly recommend! Thank you!

Out standing custom butchers and what down to earth people they are. Customer service is a real thing with them , I was not shore if my pigs were ready for processing they came to the farm and looked and let me know when is was time. They didn’t have to do that but they did. Very fair pricing.

They do a neat clean job, the turn around time was excellent. The cost was acceptable, they are a full time meat cutting facility and they process beef, pork and deer.Very friendly, family owned, and they're open year round.
