Overall, it was okay. Not great. Wait to be seated. Order and pay at the register, then they will bring you your food. The place is clean.

Honestly, the soups were bland and watery. The dumplings lacked depth of flavor. Even the Beef Brisket with the hand pulled noodles were just okay. Broth was watery. The Won Ton soup was also watery. The Won Ton didn't have much flavor either. Heck, our tea was watery, you could tell they skimped on the loose leaf tea for each cup. Unfortunately, it's an okay place, nothing particularly special. Won't be back.

The food was flavorful without being salty. The atmosphere was bright, neat, and clean including the restrooms. My favorite part of the meal was all the delicious homemade wrappers and noodles. They were so bouncy and chewy! I'd visit anytime we're downtown especially since it's so close to the library.

Upon walking in, my initial impression was that the place had a cozy and bistro-like atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and took the time to explain the menu. There were many pictures on the wall to help customers visualize different dishes. The open concept kitchen allowed customers to watch the chefs make buns and dumplings. We ordered the buns (one pork and one vegetarian), pork pot stickers, and cucumber salad. The buns were tasty and fluffy. The pot stickers could be more crispy. The cucumber salad was good. We spent $20 per person for this meal.

It’s a very nice place and the service was very good. The food was served quickly.
We ate Zha Jiang noodles, pork potstickers, spicy wonton, and steamed beef dumplings. None of them disappointed, very delicious! The noodles were springy and the sauce was very good. The Pork potstickers are my two-year-old daughter's favorite. We’ll definitely come back!

Great food and warm service! Been here twice so far and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend the pork ribs and the cucumber salad. The dumplings in chili oil were nice too.

Went to papa’s dumpling a few days ago and tried out their steamed dumplings and buns. The string bean pork bun is the bomb! I have never tasted a bun that juicy before in my life! It’s also very flavorful (the umami kind). I also tried out the scallion beef dumpling and that’s also up there as one of the best dumpling I have tried. Beyond the taste, those buns and dumpling's are so HUGE and I feel like I got a deal!

I would definitely go back for seconds!

Fresh and delicious. We had the cucumber salad, pork dumplings, chicken corn buns, scallion pancake, and wonton soup. Everything was perfect and served quickly. Clean, bright environment. Friendly service. Hope they are successful.
