I had a great experience with Palo Alto Catering. The customer service was excellent. For example, I had to change my wedding plans a couple of times and the email coordinator, Josie, was super polite and patient and promptly adjusted the quotation multiple times. During my wedding, the caterers, including Lucy, Tiffany, and their crew arrived early and they had bright warm smiles. I ordered appetizers, which were great, especially the pulled pork slides, chilli meatballs, and proscutto melon; my guests love them. I am grateful for a smooth wedding event and for the services!

We ordered lunch for ~35 people for my mom’s celebration of life hosted at my home. Everyone loved the food, and the extra business cards were handed out by request. Delivery was on time and the gentleman who brought the food made sure we had everything, and understood how to keep the risotto warm. We loved the experience: seamless, on time, and delicious! Hired them for an event and sent signed contract and billing information to confirm the catering services and to comply with their instructions, but the day before they cancelled, citing that they didn't receive the signed contract. I had a confirmation that they received it, but somehow our event still fell through the cracks.

We were having a birthday celebration with about 35 guests. Palo Alto Catering went above and beyond our expectations. All the dishes were delicious and tasted fresh. We heard a lot of compliments about the food from our guests. I have a tendency to order just a bit more than I need to, but their serving sizes were quite generous. We had a lot of food left over. I highly recommend Palo Alto Catering Company and I will definitely be using them again.

I am deeply disappointed in Palo Alto Catering after our recent experience. After having a fantastic event with them last year, we trusted them to cater a high-profile event for our Executive VP. Over four weeks, we worked closely with their team, finalized the menu, and received constant reassurances from Klarissa that everything was on track.

However, just four days before the event, we were abruptly informed that they could no longer support us. This unprofessional and last-minute cancellation caused significant disruption and forced us to scramble to find a new caterer at the eleventh hour.

We expected reliability and accountability, especially for such an important event. Instead, their handling of this situation was unacceptable and completely eroded our trust in their services.

While last year’s experience was excellent, this year’s failure ensures that we will not be working with Palo Alto Catering again. If you’re considering them for an important event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a dependable partner.
