For a local AZ winery, I was totally surprised by the quality of wines. We had some lunch with our wine tastings. Our server , Katy (sp?) was new to the business and was a total delight. Knowledgeable about the wines and local. she was able to describe the wines and their background as well as offer up tasty selections for food. The blood orange and beet salad and the garlic mushroom pizza was excellent. Above and beyond, she was able to modify the pizza without cheese for a somewhat vegan taste. An excellent Verde River valley wine and experience!!

The sommelier was very insightful when answering our questions about different wines and their purposes. The dessert wines (apple) were delicious. Pairing them to a few desserts made the experience even better.
I highly recommend trying the Chocolate Chiffon & the Peach Ice Cream with ginger cookies.
If you don't know what type of wine you like, there are flights for sampling. It was a great ambiance to wind down and try something new.

This little oasis in the desert is really so beautiful. They are so well versed in what they do. While here, I learnt about so many grape varieties that I only heard mentioned before and got to see them up close here. They grow lots.

Be sure to check out their specialty wines too and grab the a snack while you're at it. The kitchen is talented.

Headed to the Sedona area for spring break and wanted to hit a couple wineries on the way in. Page springs was on the list as I had driven by a couple other times and finally decided to stop. It was cold and raining when we got there and they had covered parking which was nice. We also had our dog with us which is were things went downhill. For a Wednesday, it was pretty constant traffic and the house wasn't expecting that with the rain. The small inside area was packed and had a long wait time but they had an ample sized patio but was not suited for rainy conditions. We were also told that we could have dogs on the outdoor patio so we had to eat in front under the awning while it rained. The furniture was wet and you had to go in/out to get your food and wine. No service for those up front.

Now, the pizza that we had as some of the best pizza we had tasted in awhile, especially the mushroom one. Highly recommend. The wine was okay, a bit dry for our liking.

The rain let up and the sun came out just in time for us to explore the grounds a bit and they are awesome. there were plenty of tables and other areas to enjoy wine but just not in inclement weather. There is also a path to get down to the creek which the boys and dog enjoyed greatly.

Would go again, especially in later spring/summer when everything is in bloom.

The wait to sit was about an hour on a Saturday. The menu for food is very nice, but not overwhelming. We ordered the Charcuterie Board with the Chef's selection and the Chicken Liver Pate'. Best Liver Pate' I have ever had and I have had Foie gras Pate'. The service and knowledge of the server concerning the wine flights and wines was outstanding. They sit in a beautiful spot with Oak Creek running right in their backyard. Tours, message, gift shop...Excellent experience!
Just went back a year later and the place is still great. It was a very enjoyable experience.
