I dropped off a boned out aoudad early December 2022 to have sausage made. They said it would be about a week. A couple weeks later I called and they said check back in. This happened a couple more times before I gave up and assumed it was gone. They called today (9/29/23) to tell me that I needed to come get it or they would sell it (illegal to sell wild game).
9 months it too long to wait for sausage.

I wouldn't trust this place to peel potatoes. Sold the heads from our 3 hogs behind our backs, told us the heads "went moldy"
... who is responsible for that?!!!....and then let their entire cooler, along with our pork that was hanging next to and touching goat/sheep, go completely moldy. Disgusting!

If I could put no stars I would because these ripped me off. I got 70 pounds off 330 pound bull. I can't believe they ripped me off that bad. Thinking about calling the authorities it was so bad. DON'T GO TO THESE GUYS
