I had a delivery that was loaded bad. Half the pallets were leaning. They unloaded it in a decent time and I was out of there in two hours.

Definitely not recommended. It's 28 outside and they tell female drivers the bathroom is outside. I can understand men being sent outside but females. That's messed up and in my opinion very disrespectful. I will never pick up another load from this organization again. They demand you have a load bar and strap or they refuse to load u. When they do load you pallets are leaning left and right due to the product is poorly wrapped and not secured to the pallet it's stacked on. The people in here tonight are very unprofessional and do not care about the product which helps put the bread and butter on there families table . Along with the loaders do not care about the truck carriers trailers or truck. When they are loading the pallets they are slamming into the walls of the trailers. I can only say stay away from this place if you have any intentions on keeping decent equipment owner operators and companies with company drivers. Awful place. I only gave a star due to its the way to leave a review. I'd rather not leave a star rating at all. This place is total trash.

If picking up from here make sure you have 1 load lock and 1 strap or they won’t load you if you don’t the closest truck stops anywhere is the Petro in Johnstown off I-25 exit 254 $42.87 for 1 load lock . Once checked in you wait for them to call with dock door

Avoid this place, 4.5 hours with no dock door. Every time I went in to check and see what was going on never seen anyone working, Everyone seemed to be on a break in the office.

Not bad was 1 day late for my pickup and i was in and out within 2:30 hours, check in guy and loader was nice make sure bring 1 strap and 1 load bar to get your load and clean trailer.

Came in three and a half hours early for my appointment and Jason was super professional, got me checked in and backed into a door. Saw some bad reviews but Jason was on top of it and got me in and out in less than a hour.
