Looks like everyone's experience is going to be different here. I was optimistic reading some of the reviews prior to getting here. This was my experience - Told by dispatch I had an 0600 appt. Arrived and checked in the night before at 2000. Getting no call by 0615 I went back to the guard shack to check in again. Was told I'd get a phone call and to go back to the street to park. Getting no call by 0715 went back to check in at guard shack again since no one would answer the phone. This time she let me to park and check in at door 19. Gentleman there told me it was not by appt but FCFS and that there were trucks ahead of me that got in late last night and this morning. I told him I was here at 8 pm last night (earlier than his 11 pm trk from the night before and all the morning arrivals. He said his paperwork showed me getting here at 0615 this morning. (When I came back to the gate) Then told me to park again and it would be "real quick" and I'd get a call to z door. Going on 0900 and have gotten no call. Just another frustrating and time consuming delivery.

Very confusing place. Yes, it's nice that they allow overnight parking. But that's where the good part ends. Procedure is to enter the main gate off Racine. Check-in, and they'll send you straight to the back of their lot to standby passed a second guard shack. When you get the call, good luck. You cannot reenter their yard from the staging area. You have to leave their lot, circle back around to the main gate that you've already checked in at, and tell them you got a call for a door. Renter the same area that you passed before. Good luck with which door is yours. There's two separate docks along the same building. With the same dock numbers. In my case, I had door 3 in the second dock area passed the blue risers. Check out at door 19. Gotta love trucking when it comes to these types of places. Employees act so matter of fact about the procedures when they're different at every place we go. Yes, it needs to be detailed instructions, or we're not going to just figure it out without luck.

Great place! Came in late one night for a delivery the next morning. Parked overnight, no problem. Got a call at 0630 to back into a door and was unloaded and had paperwork in hand within 35 mins. Very friendly people. Definitely a great experience! Thanks guys!

For directions, take 90/94 to 47th St Exit. Head west till you get to Racine St. Turn right but swing wide. Entrance on right. However, if Racine is gated off, continue on 47th St till you get to Ashland. Turn right then go till you see 43rd St. Turn right then another right onto Racine. Customer will be on left.

Accepting early check-in ppl here are nice specialy Fransisco only yard it tight and if not have door you have to park outside and go around again

Overnight parking, secured! From 90/94 exit 47th street go west. Racine go right. Customer on right. Swing wide!!!! Saturday delivery, gate CLOSED at Racine! No sweat, keep going on 47th to Ashland= go right. To 43rd street go right. To Racine go right. Customer on left. Big truck route, would really help if you have your axles slide all the way forward.

The best place I have ever delivered to in Chicago. Nice friendly people from the time to arrive to the time you leave. One of the best parts is overnight parking.
