We usually purchase the Stuffed Baked Potatoes. Yesterday, I picked up some of their Garlic Mashed Potatoes. They were absolutely horrible. The Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes you can purchase at Wegmans or TOPS are 10 times better. Do not waste your money. Very disappointing. I agree with one of the other reviewers .................. the staff at this store are not super customer friendly whatsoever and it has happened on one than more occasion. Do not waste your time going into this location; place your order on line.

Bought different items at Omaha store in Amherst N.Y. for the holidays. The quality has gone to hell. The burgers are terrible, better off going to McDonald's. Very disappointed will deal with our local butcher. Stay away if you like quality meats

Stupid expensive. Clerk was rude. Tried calling corporate was pn hold over an hour so just hung up. Not recommended at all. Free shipping was a joke. Store manager useless also.

About 8 years ago I purchased several thousands of dollars worth of steaks and chicken fried steaks and all types of burgers steak tips appetizers hot dogs. Everything was great, but the only thing that wasn't edible was the Chicken Fried steaks which had rubber in every single bite and that's why I never returned. If it was made right by omaha then its possible I would return and change my review. Omaha won't make it right because they lost my order number so that's on them

Never a problem. Ordered a box for each household this year for Xmas. I've done this previously and don't remember why I stopped. Will be my Xmas gift going forward. Everyone LOVED getting a box of meat for Christmas. Orders were delivered on time, before Christmas. I delayed my order to take advantage of the $50 ecard. Thank you

We have never failed with products from Omaha Steaks. There were two sales associates who assisted us and they were both awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
