Bought some nice alfalfa and it ended up not being used for a while. I totally understand not every bale can be perfect and debris free. But, I found some extremely unacceptable trash in one bale and went in the see the manager, Kathy. She came out of the box ready to argue that my 30 day return window was over. She is NOT an empathetic person, showed no concern whatsoever over my horses well being. Went over her head, talked to the man in charge. He stepped up to the plate, hay was replaced and I appreciate their honesty and customer service, but not the Chino Valley store manager. This is a neighborhood institution, so happy to see they responded with concern and compassion. I will remain a loyal customer and hope I never have another run-in with Kathy.

The ladies at Olsens are usually kind with great customer service. Today I was less than impressed. I didn't see or hear her name, but there was a white-haired woman who wasn't necessarily rude but was lacking kind customer service.
Maybe because I stopped in 5 minutes before they closed, but regardless, customer service should never be short.

I suppose I will start going to Tractor Supply for my expensive dog food from now on. ‍♀️ At the very least their customer service is never lacking.

We bought some dog food with a $10 off coupon and they forgot to ring it up. We didn’t even pay attention. A couple days later the manager called up and told us about it and put it toward a future purchase. We don’t go anywhere else now for our pet supplies. Clean store, honest people. We love it.

I’ve been here twice in the last week and both times the customer service was absolutely outstanding! I wish I could remember her name, but there was a woman with shoulder length brown hair (possibly a manager?) who helped me. She was so incredibly personable and very knowledgeable on the products you sold. She suggested an antimicrobial ointment for my Chihuahua, to help relieve some inflammation until her vet appointment. Myself and Tinkerbell both thank you very much! ? ?

I like your products and shop there as needed, but… your website has pretty pictures but it’s not for shopping, listing products and pricing should be a goal, today’s marketing is basic to these needs. I’ve been to parties and gatherings and over in a corner is guys with hats and boots scouring the net, trading information on horses, cattle, feeds and many other arrays of products a guy could use 5 miles or 100 miles out of town, to make our lives easier and more productive.

Had a nice selection of plants and other garden and animal needs products. Cute building and friendly counter lady. No baby chicks though which was disappointing.
