Took my bear to big barn, when I picked it up it was at the bottom of a podium where it appeared to be normal. At first I noticed a 20” plus stitch from chest to chin they stated was there from harvest which I don’t believe to be true as I gutted the bear myself and then it was skinned by a professional competition taxidermist. They mounted the bear at such a poor angel it looks like a howling wolf completely exposing the poor stitch job and giving no visibility of the bears face once hung. I sent an example picture next to another bear I had mounted and they agreed it was a poor job although they claim to have the 3rd best bear taxidermist in the nation. I consulted Colton with the issue stating I would like to take my business elsewhere and requested a refund he later denied. He offered for me to make a 5 hour round trip to drop off the mount so they could rehydrate it and completely remount it. Unfortunately i wasn’t able to take more time after 11hrs of travel to receive a shitty mount I asked him to meet me half way and he refused. Not only did they ruin my hunt I invested thousands into they LOST my bears skull between Beatle juice cleaning company and their shop and I never recovered it. I would highly recommend not using this company. Photo below shows my wasted $1200 on a howling black bear next to my other flawless $700 mount.

Had two birds shipped to me in 2022. Took me about 14,15 months to get these two fans back. The eastern fell off the hanger in the shipping and was ruined. The merriam fan on the other side came out good. They did such an amazing job on my first fan in 2016, not sure what happened here. But when I dropped these two fans off in 2021, I asked and paid for engraving . (it was about 600 dollars total between the two fans shipped). After opening the shipping container, I realized they literally printed a low resolution photo off a computer printer and glued it on the fan display! Instead of the engraving. What an absolute disaster, would not recommend bringing anything turkey related to these guys

The whole crew at Old Barn takes great pride in their work. Sam Gaylord always says "God only makes them perfect" but they sure do come as close as anyone possibly can to to it. Highly recommend the crew for all types of mounts!!

Old Barn Taxidermy is 100% hands down the best one stop shop for anything after your harvest! Taxidermy is always top notch and award winning even if they don’t take it to a show. The meat processing is phenomenal as well. The burger is some of the best I’ve ever had. Flavor is just right!

Old barn does excellent work turning your trophy into exactly what you want took these 3 gold fish and and arrow to Sammy at old barn described what I was thinking and he knocked it out of the park have another trophy fish there now and am excited to get it back!!! 5 out of 5 cuz that's all I can give!

Nicest people around. They not only did an amazing job on my hubby’s deer mount, they helped him measure it and select the correct pose. Super knowledgeable, and made us feel like family! We will definitely be returning customers!!

Absolutely love the mount I got from Old Barn. Fast, Friendly, Quality. By far the most beautiful mount I have or have seen. Every deer in there show room has the same quality with many different looks ans styles! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
