Truck drivers beware. Trailer must be washed out and have receipt proof if not they wont load u. Had to drive 2 hrs round trip just to have trailer washed. Other than that they load u quick once at the door. The shipping hrs are 8-5pm.

Appt times are normally between the hrs of 8am-1pm, and the loading crew are usually done for the day by 3pm, unless a truck or two arrives late, which then pushes their loading times back a bit.

They're normally pretty fast loading you once you get a dock door, and I've never had any problems at all.

Check in by phone begins at 8am.

No bldg entry currently due to Covid19.

If you get there too early There's a gas station and dollar General directly across from each other which is nice. It usually takes about an hour to get loaded. The staff are cool. I've never had a problem

Appt was at 1pm got there at 12:40 it took them 15mins to load me. Would have given 5 stars but it to 15 mins to find which door was the shipping/receiving door.
