Sunday brunch is a great option here, especially if you seek a fun, casual setting. We dined on the patio and had great service, great food, and I particularly loved seeing the pups ?.

I had avocado toast, gluten-free with a side of garlic shrimp. Coffee was pretty good, as well as the mimosas! (You can ask for less champagne and substitute the orange juice with grapefruit or pineapple)

It can get loud outside if patio seating is full, but if the weather is nice, it's worth it.

I will definitely be back to try other bites!

Welcome to Surprise! Went a week after they opened. It was a nice evening so we actually sat outside. They were packed, we knew it would take some time. Understandable! Drinks were great, ordered 2! Pb&j burger was bomb.

I couldn't believe how fresh everything was. Esp the bread on the burger and club. Would definitely recommend. This will be a new locally spot.

My family went today and I was pleasantly surprised. I read all of the horrible reviews and started not to go but my husband said let’s try it anyway. Upon arrival we were greeted and waited about 15 min to be seated. The restaurant was full so 15 min was reasonable. Once seated we were greeted by Forrest our server. He was great and attentive to our table. The drinks and food came out in a decent amount of time. The food we ordered was really good! I like the atmosphere and had no complaints.

After patiently waiting what felt like forever we finally had the opportunity to try OHSO’s newest Surprise location today. We tried to come two other times and the wait time was atrocious and while we were told open seating outside it’s been brutally hot even with the misters. Today while the inside wait was still pretty long we decided to try to outside bar seating. We were able to grab two of the last seats and waited and waited. We were finally greeted and ordered a few beers. First negative. When our beers arrived the glasses weren’t even chilled to our surprise. Being that we were sitting outside(even at the inside/outside bar top) our beer was warm very quick. It took forever yet again to order a second. We had looked over the menu as well and were never asked if we’d like to order food. I literally had to flag down one of the FIVE employees we watched running the bar. Eye contact didn’t matter. We should’ve asked for the check then, but we were hungry and had already waited. I ordered the green chili burger and fries and my husband the cheeseburger. Food came fairly quick. Unfortunately while my burger had decent flavor and the green chilies good the bun killed it. It was already soggy, not toasted and on some form of a Hawaiian roll. He didn’t finish his for that reason as well. When we were done eating they brought out another green chili burger like they didn’t realize we already ate. We let them know and they took it back. We tried to order one more round of drinks. But were forgotten about and had to ask for the check. I will say at that point they must’ve caught on and offered to take a beer off our tab. A couple next to us were equally irritated as they hadn’t even been served. They got up and went to cold beer and cheeseburgers. From what I witnessed they had so many employees in the bar area. But all focused on the inside patrons. What’s the point of an outdoor bar side if you don’t see us? To me three stars is generous.

I recently visited OHSO, a new spot that opened a few weeks ago, and overall, it was a solid experience. We chose to sit on the outside patio, which had a wonderful atmosphere—perfect for a casual evening out. The service started off strong, with our server being attentive and friendly, though it did slow down as the night progressed.

One highlight was the $8 pitchers of beer, which seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, the beer wasn’t quite as cold as we would have liked, which took away from the experience a bit. As for the food, we ordered the Plain Jane burger for $10. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t particularly stand out—just a standard, no-frills burger.

Overall, OHSO offers a nice ambiance and fair pricing, though there’s definitely some room for improvement in both service and food. I will be back to try some other beers and food and will update the ratings if necessary.

I don’t know what to say. We ordered a burger as no pink (wife’s not mine I like them mooing) and received an undercooked patty. Photo is picture of second burger which was better but not right. Majority of the fries were gross and cold. Just a guess, but it seemed like they were sitting out for at least 20min. Had another plate brought out and the fries were hot. Pics attached for reference. On a side note the server Brandon was great and he tried to be as accommodating as possible.

So glad this place opened up. Gives us some options when it comes to breweries on this side of town. They just opened up so give them time to iron out the kinks. The food is good (even if some of the portions are small and inconsistent). The beer is lovely and the happy hour pitcher deal is one you’ll not want to pass up. The bar is lovely and we can’t wait for it to be cooler out so we can sit on the patio. My only real complaint is that one of the bartenders was wearing a cool Popcycle shirt but they don’t have it out in their merch section.

The service was excellent and we were sat within the wait time they provided. The doughnut holes were pretty good. Other locations provided more doughnut holes and more powdered sugar and strawberries. So that was a little disappointing. The salmon bruschetta was, again just okay and a little disappointing. There was no kale salad and instead was an arugula salad which, is a little too pungent as a salad. The bruschetta needed acidity too. The biscuits and gravy were again just okay. They needed some salt but the gravy surprisingly just lacked any stand alone flavor. The bacon was perfectly cooked and delicious. Not sure if we will be back, but overall the food was just okay. Again, great service and atmosphere.
