Anyone giving this place more than 1 star is a straight liar. If I could give negative stars, I would. MOLD!!! That’s all I have to say. This real estate company does nothing about mold until you threaten them to take legal action. Clearly it’s something shady going on, they have changed their name from Pangea, to CYM Living, now to Oakwood. Units are OVERPRICED like crazy & super outdated.

This is honestly a great townhome if you can afford it. When I first moved here rent was 1450. It has gone up to 1705. Worth the price but my son has been diagnosed special needs so I can no longer afford this place and co-pay for all the therapies he needs. Awesome school district near by. Maintenance man always comes the day after maintaining request. There are no pest. Front desk always answers the phone. I really hate to go. This has been the best place I’ve ever rented. Don’t walk, Run to this place if you can! Thanks Cym/Pangea for such a beautiful experience

Thanks for approving me so quick and easily! I LOVE - LOVE - LOVE THIS HOME! So much space! Beautiful grass and trees in the courtyard! Very quiet, clean! Amazing neighbors! Safe neighborhood for the family! Thanks again Pangea!

I was continuously asked for the same information. I supplied check stubs, and it wasn’t enough. I did bank statement for 3 months and it wasn’t enough. They asked me for 6 months worth of income when it said they only needed 3 originally. The communication wasn’t very good in the process because I thought I submitted everything they were looking for, only to call in days later to find out that they wanted someone else from me. They didn’t notify me that they needed something else, and the application process dragged on for weeks.

Went in to receive my car sticker from Office Manager Tayana and she was very pleasant! She also answered questions i had pertaining to my other vehicle! Prior Managers refused to give me an additional sticker for my other vehicle! Tayana informed me that I can receive an additional sticker!

Thank you Tayana for taking the time to listen to my situation and let me know my options!

I'm glad we finally have an Office Manager that knows her job and isn't biased against certain people!

Also, Thank you for the quick response when I needed to know how long I had before my sticker was ineffective!

The process wasn’t easy but the young man in the management office was so helpful. I only wish the would communicate better. I tried to see two other units before finally taking a virtual tour on this unit. Every time I booked a viewing of other units when that day came the unit was no longer available.

This has to go be the worst place to live in park forest. I moved here in July. I moved out in August due to a roach infestation. Not worth the money, old appliances that are roach infested. Overall, this place is not worth the stress or money. I recommend going somewhere else!!!

Approximately a month ago I had maintenance work on my water pipes in the basement of my unit. After that I received an enormous bill from the village water department. I've contacted Pangea several times in attempting to resolve said bill. No one has reached back out to assist or to speak with me regarding said bill. I am not responsible for a water bill that I had no control of when THEY were working on the pipes.
-Update its been over a month and Pangea has yet to come to a conclusion regarding this water bill. Aside from speaking to the property manager no one has responded or reached out.
