Man where do I start. Used this company once before about a year ago and they were amazing. Emailed me the day of my order let me know it wasn't in stock but they had a bigger bag they would let me get at no extra cost shipping or product. Skip forward a year I placed an order that didn't ship for a week, 2 emails went unresponsive, finally Google messaged them and told them cancel my order got an email back immediately which was odd and further ticked me off. Highly recommend not ordering from here, service is horrible.

I ordered a product online they claimed was in stock.it's not the easiest thing to find so I went ahead and bought it from them paid extra for shipping. Never received a tracking number so six days later I wrote an email requesting one. Never got a response three days after that wrote another email after being unable to reach them on the phone. No response again. On the 13th day went ahead and give them a call they seemed very confused about the order.then explain to me that they did not have it in stock. This would have been nice to know 13 days ago when I ordered the product. Their solution was for me to buy a larger bottle that they had in stock and they were amazingly enough going to give me a discount. I explained that this was rather important to me and agreed to purchase the larger item and was promptly hung up on. Did not receive a call back. Hours later I received an email from them telling me.... I need to go ahead and order a larger bottle as a standalone order. They'll go ahead and ship me the item that I don't need for more money. And only after that will they refund my original purchase.This is highly unusual and unacceptable business practices. Rude unhelpful disorganized are words I would use to describe this organization. I would highly recommend going somewhere else anywhere else if your time and your money is important to you.

Extremely knowledgeable. Friendly they will take the time 2 qualify you in their products. And get you the right track. My garden is 10x bigger because of their staff and their knowledge. Will not shop at any other hydroponic store up here.

Excellent service, I got there 5 minutes after they had closed and shut their computers off, the gentleman said that they appreciate our business and would be happy to turn the computers on for me. 100 stars if I could!

Garbage company. Sold me a broken Luxx Light and the product was DOA and would not power on. They would not return the product and told me to file a claim with Luxx. I will for sure contact Paypal instead LOL. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! I spoke with Bryce Monteleone and Teresa from the order dept. They give 0 about the customer
