Other than having to wait quite a while to get an appointment (want to mention though that it was to establish care and for our doggie’s annual exam and vaccination, so nothing really urgent) , everything was really great. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Johnson was wonderful. Our dog felt very comfortable with the visit and the exam.
And the facility was impressively clean.
Thank you for taking care of our pet!

When our dog Molly was at the end of her life and suffering terribly, Aimee at the front desk was so kind and understanding and even though they were booked solid and it was Friday on Memorial Day weekend, she worked on our behalf to get us in that day so that Molly could rest in peace. The entire staff is so kind and caring. Our technician Silver was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure that we had beautiful memorial paw prints with Molly's printed name. Thank you, Oak Creek Small Animal Clinic, for your compassion in a very sad time for our family. ?

The very best veterinarians we have ever been to. They saved my dog’s life by removing a cancerous growth over a year ago and he is completely healthy now. They’re very knowledgeable, communicate everything clearly, caring, and my dog loves them 🙂

Dr Kinney, Silver and the whole front desk staff wowed us today. Hospitality from the moment we entered. It was our first time and we luckily were able to get an appointment quickly, we were so happy they took us in! They listened to our concerns and got on to testing quickly, we got our diagnosis and we’re feeling pretty hopeful that our kitty has a long life ahead of him with some dietary and lifestyle changes. Stocked up on the food, and they had a ton of selections of flavors for prescription diets. They take care credit which is another plus. We really appreciate you all thanks for doing what you do!!!

This entire experience was just wonderful. From the front office who took my information and found a way for our hurt cat to be seen- the vet tech was so knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Bertch was very personable, precessional and I could tell she cared for our animal.
