Just purchased a Scag mower and could not have been an easier more pleasant experience. Bryant, met the price I ask and was very helpful and transparent about the entire process. Was in and out in 10 minutes at pickup. Would definitely recommend and will buy from them in the future!

Great customer service here and the plenty of ECHO equipment. That’s my outdoor equipment of choice. They also carry Husqvarna as well Nd other brands. Definitely recommend to go her for all your outdoor power equipment needs.

Hours open on the door say 8-12 on Saturdays. I drive past Home Depot and get there at 11:25 and those doors are locked. Not happy. Will have to make purchase at big box store since I can't support the private owned business

I will never go back into Northport power and equipment again. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I took my weedeater in there this morning to get a service job the man looked at it and said that was sold at lowes. HE STATES he can't and will not even try to order parts for it. I have a Husqvarna weedeater and this is a Husqvarna dealer and all I really needed was a fuel line. Are the fuel lines different Just asking a question. But I know one fellow that works there and it wasn't him that disrespected me but I can tell u I'll be a sthil man from now on I have a chain saw and a weedeater for sale.

If you are looking for a part, look somewhere else. They basically wanted to know how much fuel was in my mower to narrow down a tension spring that I needed. They said it would take half a day looking through springs to match the length of mine. You’d think with 1/2 days worth of spring searching springs on hand they’d want to sell a couple.

Bought 2 oil filters there and they charged me 44.99 each so total $90.00 and went to Amazon and the same exact ones for 2 where less then $44.99. So they charged me twice the amount of what I could buy them some where else. Already heard terrible reviews about them.

I bought a zero turn from them in May and had it for 3 weeks before the unsecured choke cable was rubbed in two by one of the tires. It’s now July and I still don’t have my mower and every time I call they give me some excuse about not being able to get the part. The cable can be bought on Amazon for 15 dollars btw. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend anyone to even buy weed eater string from them. They will never get my business again period.
