I just had my first shake - and OMG it was to die for! Loaded with protein, no added sugar and tons of flavor (Carrot Cake shake for the win!) - I will be a regular for sure!

These two wonderful ladies make the best drinks! The protein shakes are guilt-less and delicious, the teas give the tastiest energy boost with tons of added goodness with little to no sugar. I go for the food but I stay for the great conversation, Christy is the best!

The owner always has a smile on her face and is so willing to help you find what you’d like. Their hot teas also help during the sick season and are great for the cold days. So thankful we have healthy drinks and protein shakes out here in the Valley.

We enjoyed the Florida Sunset Tea and. Raspberry Pineapple Tea. They were so flavorful and gave us great energy! Such a nice healthy alternative! Christy is so knowledgeable about the products and helpful. Iris was quick to make our teas. The text and go service is great when you’re in a hurry.

Every time I enter the building to grab myself a tea, this team’s tea immediately brightens my day. The atmosphere given makes it very hard to resist coming back again for another drink. Their drinks are also amazing as well. They make me feel energized and seem to leave me feeling refreshed and in good health as well. I highly recommended going in to get any of their products for yourself!

The atmosphere is amazing in the shop. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and comfortable, the teas were amazing and nutritious. The protein meal replacement shakes were fantastic. The protein balls and cake pops are nutritious and delicious. I seriously recommend coming in here and getting drinks.
