Been using them for years. They always treat us great. ONTrac stole multiple shipments from us and Nom Nom dispatched new shipments asap both times and even gave us extra food.

Customer service is fantastic, they know us and treat us well.

Food quality is great. It is on the pricier side but competitive with other fresh made products. And my Dog loves it.

My only feedback is that I wish there were a couple more recipe options or that we were able to modify existing recipes to not include specific things (like no rice in the turkey recipe).

THE SHORT STORY: BEWARE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNETHICAL I decided to try the cat food when I came across a teaser on their website of 50% off the first order. Up until then, I'd been feeding my cat the Tiki Cat raw food which he loved, but the store that carries it is out of the way and I was looking for the convenience of something that could be delivered. This was a trial offer and I did not agree to any type of auto ship program, which I absolutely never do. Upon receipt of the order, I began by slowly introducing the Nom Nom cat food. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to my cat, and he even vomited a few times after eating it. This was no big deal until I received an email from Nom Nom stating that they were preparing to send another order. I immediately responded with a request to discontinue, and stated that I do not wish to receive more of the food. I still had a freezer full of the original order! They handled the situation terribly, and claimed that it was too late to cancel. They ran an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $93.85 when the order had not even been shipped.
It is now three weeks later. They never even sent the cat food, and they refuse to refund my money.

Great spot for producing high quality pet food. Unfortunately leadership will probably move everything to their headquarters in Nashville. It’s cheaper over there.
