I have been to Noir several times and loved it on every occasion.
One of a kind kosher restaurant with a Tel Aviv taste and ambiance. The food is great quality and very tasty. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with an open kitchen concept. The staff is welcoming and the music in the background makes you feel in Israel.
It’s difficult to choose a favorite dish - I attached pictures from several of my visits .
I highly recommend Noir!

Been going to Noir since they opened and I have had mixed experiences. I thought they were okay until they hired a new chef last fall. Every visit with their new chef at the helm has been amazing! The days I’ve noticed the new chef is not there I’m not sure what happens but not only does the food suck the service is a mess.

To the owners of Noir, get your shit together!

I went to Noir for dinner w my wife. I have to tell you, the food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. What a great vibe. Long Island needed something like this. Next level. Loved everything we tried. The Ribeye was cooked perfectly and flavor was incredible

70% of the menu wasn’t available. Their excuse was the holiday. I’m not sure what Xmas has to do with a kosher restaurant inventory. We ordered whatever they had, but the food was extremely salty and no one cared to please us. We were a party of 10 and none of us went home satisfied.

I was debating on whether I should write a review or not, because I want to keep this place a hidden gem. The customer service is great and I especially love working with the owner Nancy. She knows exactly how to run a business with a warm smile. This is a family owned business and I think the quality of food beats anything you can find in Queens for a fact. Its on the more expensive side, but worth it. My personal favorite thing on the menu would have to be the Sliders, then the Bone In Rib Steak. Thank you Noir, keep doing great things.
