Came to Paso for a girls weekend and did a tasting at Nicora. The wine was excellent. Sarah was the host for our tasting and she was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the winery. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other spots to visit during our stay. I’d highly recommend checking it out.

If you are in the Paso Robles area & love boutique wineries that make wonderful red wines! This is the place to visit. Glen did a wonderful job with our group of 5. So good that 3 of the 5 joined their wine club. You will not be disappointed when you taste their wines! Cheers!

This winery is our Favorite! Outstanding and always consistent. The Staff (Evan & Glenn)are very professional and knowledgeable, and we always have a FUN TIME! The wine maker is not to shabby either...Nick is considered one of the top guys around (voted Wine maker of the year)...however the most humble and kind man you will find.-Highly recommended-ENJOY!

Appointment only and worth it. Don't leave tin city without doing a tasting here. I left with a club membership. Fantastic syrah based reds. Really ups the game for their tin city neighbors.

We came to Nicora Winery by a referral from some friends.... thank god for friends! We had the BEST wine and the BEST service! I made my reservation with Evan on the phone and immediately felt that this guy knows his wine! Well, that was only surpassed by the actual visit and tasting of their fantastic wines. Evan gave us our tasting accompanied by the lovely Elissa and we felt so special and came away with and amazing hour of education about the wines and wonderful conversation from some truly nice people. Of course we bought some wine and we will make sure to come back to Tin City and we will be visiting Nicora again and again!!!

Turning out some tremendous wines .... highly rated, but even more important, truly excellent tasting varieties to choose amongst. Nick Elliot is one of Paso's most talented winemakers and he's offering great value AND superior quality. Simply stated, you never get an ordinary bottle from Nicora. His single varietals are outstanding and the blends are out of this world. These are all showing very well, and will only get better with a little time. Do yourself a favor and make a stop here in Tin City. You won't be disappointed.

Referred by friends of the owner/winemaker. Well worth the trip. Evan was an awesome host, gave us a great history of the Nicora brand and process and absolutely made us feel like family. The wine does not disappoint! We are coming back in two weeks for more.

Yesterday afternoon we had an extremely good time visiting Nicora winery located in tin city Paso Robles. Sommeliers Glenn and Evan created the best possible tasting experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and helpful but make you feel very welcome. The sensation of flavors in Nicora wines are wonderful.
I recommend you don’t miss this experience.
