Deceptive insurance practices. Was told that I would only receive coverage for asphalt shingle roof even though I had a new metal roof installed by a licensed contractor and I provided a receipt and photographs. Called numerous times and always given a voicemail and the run around so.... I went with a real insurance company "big name" for less money and more coverage including my high dollar metal roof. Fast forward 3 months, Now they decided to send me to collections for not paying the renewal after I canceled via phone and stopped the auto payment.
