It saddens me to say goodbye to Next Level Pest Control. Curtis, the owner and manager, provided excellent customer service from the beginning. I initially signed a great value of a one-year contract with them a few months ago to address a severe flea and roach problem at my sister’s home, even though I didn’t live there myself. I wanted to ensure she didn’t have to deal with these pests on her own.

Recently, my sister and I had a falling out, leading me to cancel the annual agreement. I expected to receive a final bill, but Curtis, recognizing my respect and communication, kindly waived it.

Although I didn’t experience the service firsthand, my sister reported that Curtis effectively eliminated the fleas and roaches in a month’s time. She was so relieved to finally sleep comfortably without being bitten.
