Please do better securing product to pallets. Crates are flimsy as heck and metal bands had to of been tightened by a 12 year old girl.

Terrible customer service. We have a 2020 20 New Holland workmaster 55. Trying to find a replacement battery for it is impossible. The battery that they reference the positive is on the right hand side and this tractor is sold with it on the left. Local dealerships can't get the part and the part that they can get is the wrong battery. Posts are on the wrong side. Trying to resolve this issue with corporate has been a nightmare. With no solutions. Do not suggest buying from this company. Will not purchase in the future. Hopefully can get rid of this one. It's very sad and quite sorry of a company.

Skip this place do not ever deliver here.
App was for 6:30am did not get a door till 1pm and got unloaded 3pm. No respect for the drivers and their time, kept taking other drivers unloading before us and did not seem to care that much .
Worse thing did not even pay detention for a lost day even though we were on time for the app.

Guard was very short and rude was told appointment for unload was 1300 and was later pulled out of yard by guard that my appointment is at 0900...smh 2nd time that this has happen but load out of Moline paid real good

Beware if you’re delivering to this location, they will tell you that you’re not on the schedule even after you show them confirmation email with appointment time.
