I arrived 14 hours early. They got me a door let me know it would be a while 7 hours finished my 10 there. Excellent break room clean restroom. Over night parking, plan on waiting but this is a good place to do it. Friendly folks I would gladly come back.

This place unacceptable they don’t care Driver. They don’t care them. You can wait here like 24 hour unloading. I came in the morning right now to noon. Next day you guys come here make sure 24 hours or 48 hours waiting.

this is the most horrible place i have ever been 😱
I had live unloading to this facility , first come first serve.
Check in at 09:30 am . Gave me a door at 23:30 pm.
I had only 9 pallets in my trailer .
Guys you can spend there 24 hours easy.
No respect .
I advise all drivers to avoid this place 🙏

This company has no management, specifically for shipping and receiving. So terrible company.
They make the driver wait for 5+hrs which sucks.
SUGGESTION FOR THEM! After you inspect the trailer, please DON’T give the dock to drivers until the load is properly ready by the dock, once it’s ready give the driver a call and assign a dock. At least the driver can have a little sleep during that long wait. I am making this suggestion because I see no management in this facility.

Why do I have to give any stars? The woman at the guard shack was nice at 03:30, it’s now 20:30 and I’m finally to the door. I saw a picture of a break room and a bathroom on someone else’s review but where I’m unloading there’s a port-o-port and it’s 15* outside. I missed my scheduled return load which had me another load waiting but missed them both because of being held hostage here! I haven’t been this delayed since Kroger Atlanta held me 12hours Thanksgiving eve 9 years ago! My transport manager says never again will he haul here.

It's not a terrible place to pick up from but we do drop and hooks. They load heavy most times so make sure you use their scale. They allow to park overnight which is a hidden gem in this area.

All yall do give bad reviews to those great places learn how to read and stop using GPS all the time and come before schedule time expecting to get in and out I came here at 8 pm for an 5 am appointment now it’s 10:30 the night before my appointment I am empty do yall believe I am that lucky or God loves me more than yall stop freaking lying truckers

Came here 7 hours prior to my appointment, and i was checked in right away at the guard shack, very nice and helpful guy, then you go to the staging area and wait for a call which was 5 minutes later, then you go to either dock 13 or 14 , they ll tell you “the trailer sweeping dock” make sure you have no nails or holes in your trailer , they have brooms and scrappers very helpful, then you go to the office and they will assign you a dock ,
I arrived at 11:00 am for a 6:00 pm appointment and i was out by 2:00 pm on the road
They have a microwave and clean restroom for drivers 👍
