Expect to waste here entire day to get loaded, nobody cares that you have to drive to your destination, this "people" probably thinks that you can teleport to your destination location. They are manufacturing dog food, so they treat you like a dog. Why you can't load a trailer with a reasonable amount of time, but you are want us to come here on time?

Arrived at 5:30pm for a 7 o’clock appointment was turned away from the gate told to come back 8pm I returned at 8pm checked in the guard was nice enough and then parked in the designated area. It is now 6am the following morning and they still have not contacted me to unload my trailer. Good luck getting out of this place in any timely manner. They don’t care about your time or schedule here!!!!

I had a good experience unloading today. From the security guard to the plant facility all good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for a live load you have to unhook and it’s cold in Flagstaff at 5 AM lol. I know the reviews are mixed but you treat them with respect and they will do the same. Just do what you’re told. You do need a hard hat and reflective vest.

Stay away from this place if you can. Unfriendly people, poor customer service, and watch out, they will load you up overweight, Then when you have to come back, it’s hours of waiting to get re-worked.

Good service, friendly people. Downside is they make you buy a hard hat that is $13.00 if you don’t have one. Quick drop and hook.

Checked in 9pm for 11pm appointment it’s next day 6pm still didn’t get call for dock. And there excuse is we have already so much product ordered we can’t receive any more right now. Then why you give appointments to trucks to come I don’t who manages like this. There is no option for 0 star I want to give 0. Managements is 0 no care about drivers time
