Clean facility. They have a drivers lounge but I didn't go in. No overnight parking but there is parking available next door in the mall parking lot. You just have to park in the far back of the lot. Only 3 stars because it was supposed to be a drop but they changed to a live unload when I arrived which messed up my next order that was supposed to be a preloaded pickup from this same facility. I now have to drive all the way to the terminal/drop yard and get a different trailer and bring it back to drop it and pick up my preloaded. Very inconvenient

Appt. Was set @ 730 am for pickup arrived early got through checkin at guard shack told to park along fence till a door can be assigned waited till 715 am called was told they changed my appointment to 8pm

Worst service. I was standing on the dock 6 hours. I called 5 times and i got 5 different answer. Next i was waiting paperwork more than 1 hour in driver lounge.

Excellent place to deliver! Plenty of room even for this new driver. Guard at the gate was super nice! I got there the evening prior, and parked overnight at JC Penneys. I went inside and asked the manager. I was told we can park on the far side of the lot (closest to the street). There were 4 of there overnight.

I've been here less than an hour including waiting at check-in with a full trailer and just got the green light. Can't move til they call me though. Friendly staff and a bathroom for drivers on both sides of the building. North sideis spacious and clean.
