We drive up about once a month. It is well worth the ride. The meat is awesome. We love the burgers they make and get plenty of them. We had a sirloin steak we purchased there and cooked it Saturday. It was absolutely the best steak ever!!!!!!. It melted in your mouth. Going back to get more. Try it all!!!!

I love these guys! They are kind and polite. The brothers still see the value that each costumer brings. One review says 'it's an old fashioned butcher store ... ' Why, yes it is! That's what makes it perfect. If you like modern.. Go to price Chopper. The prices are way under anyone and the meat is way above. I buy my dogs food there, too! Hey, If it's good enough for me... Right!?

I had never really understood how much better the food can be when you get it so fresh. Steaks, burgers, everything - all Many Times Better than what I have ever had from a Supermarket. You can see the difference the second you take it out of the package. The color, texture, and all other visual attributes show that you have something better. And the taste confirms it.

Couple that with Mr. Nessle, who for good reason, has been in business successfully for 47 years, and you have one of the best kept secrets in Upstate NY.

I am done buying meat from the grocery store!!

I have patronized these brothers for years. From pork bellies to 2" aged Ribeye steaks. The best i've ever had. We just had their ground beef patties with onion and peppers, oh my!
