So, I’ve read previous reviews that said “at 2 am somebody will come out, knock on your door and collect paperwork”… I’ve waited in my truck till 2:05 than walked to receiving and there were 7 drivers in line.. So, appointment 2am, got dock at 5:20, checked out 6am. Overnight parking is great. Overall not too bad.. I’m just disappointed with misleading reviews

Great experience here, which is so rare among shippers and receivers these days. Came several hours before my appointment, got unloaded fast and outta here in 2 hours. Very friendly people, too.

First time here delivering and my experience was very good. They open @ 02:00 and someone will check you in either at the entrance or at the staging area. My appointment was at 03:00 When arrived wrote my cell number in the BOL and they said that they will call you when they have a door open 30 minutes later got a door and done in 45 minutes. They have overnight parking. Not bad for my first time delivering.

Find any spot to park. Preferably the ones marked nealey parking.

if you arrive before 2 am. Wait for someone to come knock. If no one comes to knock go to receiving door between dock 4 and 5 to check in.

Beware of scammers telling you to pay them a lumper fee. This place does not charge fee or require upfront payment.

They unloaded me fast. Within 1 hour.

Appt was at 0100. They don’t open till 0200. But they don’t have you walk to the door they send someone out to knock on all the trucks. I’m was the first truck and the only truck in their labeled parking but was the last to be unloaded and empty because of the system they use. Stupid. Do better.

The place is nice BUT The overnight security guard has had too much coffee 😉 Will offer you no instructions for the first time drivers coming to this place he will just point and you have to guess. Don’t talk to the security guard. This is what you do go to where the trucks are parked towards the back,at 2 o’clock walk to receiving and wait for them to open the door

Nice place to deliver too... Overnight parking is available.

Turn into yard, speak with the very friendly security guard (if after hours).

Find a spot to park

Someone will knock on your door in the morning around 2:00 am. They knocked on my door at 2:10 am. Have your name and number on the bills, they will collect it and call you when a door is available.

Got a call at 3:00 am with a door.

NOTE: There are no dock numbers, just ask nicely and they will point you in the right direction 😉

Once unloaded they will bring out your paperwork.

I was unloaded in 1.5 hours.

Easy to get to with plenty of on site parking. I don't normally like to park on a customers property unless I have to however, those pesky HOS rules forced my hand. Nice people there and if you get there the night prior to your delivery, they will come out when they open and collect all the drivers bills and call you when they have a door
