Was not sure where to check in so we went into a very busy restaurant (smelled amazing) and a lady was able to give use a key for our room. The room was huge and very clean. The bathroom was also large. The bed was comfortable and we slept well until 8:00 am. There were children running and yelling up and down the stairs and the hallway. The pool is located in a different location where you need to check in and out. No late check out. But it was so clean and comfortable I would definitely love to stay here again.

The is the closest hotel to the Nauvoo Temple. Our room had a balcony with a view of the temple. The room was clean and nice with good housekeeping services. The check in process was a little rough as you have to go to the Inn at Old Nauvoo to check in. Also, if you need ice, a blanket, or to use the pool it’s all at the Inn at Old Nauvoo. Overall it was great!

Place is cozy, Bathroom is HUGE. Will definitely stay here again and you should too. Quiet and peaceful. Clean rooms and no dirt bags staying there either. Kudos to the establishment

Easy to check in and check out. Large space. Comfortable beds, new bathroom. We had our own private balcony, which had a beautiful view. Convenient. Can walk to the temple or just go to the stores around the area. Nice small cafeteria across the street for breakfast.

Attempted to check in late after the Big Baldridge & Bonfire 2024 @ Nauvoo, IL.
This. hotel. has. no. lobby. I got super confused, wandering around, trying several of the doors.
Ended up heading out to another hotel.

Front desk said I was sent an "email or text message" that day with instructions to check in at a different location. I checked my spam folder and nothing. I was actively checking emails & texts that day- nothing received.
I spoke to the hotel later in the night who stated that check in at a different location as directed in the "email or text." No thank you- I prefer not to wander around, in the dark, in an unfamiliar town.

The location is fantastic! There isn't a better location in Nauvoo, and the historic nature of the building really adds to the stay. Plus the owners are willing to work with you and help to make it a great experience. We had a mix up when making our reservations, and they went above and beyond to get things to be just how we were hoping for them. Their customer service was fantastic, and the rooms feel so authentic and inviting and like you are part of Nauvoo.

Got super confused when attempting to checkin around 9p after a music concernt. I was wandering around but ended up going to another hotel.

Front desk said I was sent an "email or text message" that day with instructions to check in at a different location. I checked my spam folder and nothing. I was actively checking emails & texts that day- nothing received. Hotel rejected requests to fully refund.

The room was small, but it was clean. I wish there was space in the bathroom to put toiletries. The blow dryer didn’t work, so I had to go to bed with my hair wet. There is a microwave outside the room in the hallway.
To check in, you need to go to a different location to pick up your keys. I mistakenly went into the restaurant, but they told me where to go. The location was convenient for me because I could walk down to the LDS historical sites and the temple.
