This is a hidden gem! They emphasize natural, organic, local foods, offering both packaged items as well as fresh produce. And so many spices and vitamins/minerals. They also make their own value-added products in-house, such as sweet potato pie and cookies, as well as fresh hot food that’s ready to eat. My favorite place in Binghamton. I ALWAYS learn something new when I shop here. I come here b4 going to the supermarkets. Mrs. Vondell is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She gets to know her customers by name is will even feed you lol. She always have vegan dishes available as well.

Ms. V gave us such a pleasant experience! The samples were so delicious and generous. Decided to get every single sample we tried- collard greens, eggplant lasagna and black bean soup. There is so much knowledge around the store with many pamphlets to help customers really understand the benefits of plant based food. Also can’t forget about the amazing and affordable prices. Will be coming again thanks!

I went to this store for the 1st time recently. The squash soup was very good and I was able to get 2 meals out of the smallest size takeout container. I also tried the potato salad. It tasted OK but unfortunately contained some black olives, which I am not a fan of. The people working there were very pleasant and waited on me quickly.
