Very helpful give them time they have lots of stuff in that nice place the staff is very nice the manager very very nice. Always wants to help but not pushy. Delicious smoothies and or other very very healthy beverages made right on the spot. A small choice of aromatic oils but some of the better quality ones are there. Some nice frozen foods and Frozen healthy desserts that are decadent and sweet. Love this store I would be happy if this was the only place to shop. I have everything I need here the vegetables and fruits are actually sweet and tasty. But you still should be choosy. Glad we have this place on the planet Earth

This is hands down the best grocery store I have seen in Nassau County. I don't even know where to begin... They have everything you can imagine and if its not in stock they will stock it if you ask for it. I used to shop at WFM but I have found this place has fresher, better food, more options, and a friendly local feel to it. The produce guy takes really good care to get fresh healthy produce (better than WF or any other markets I have been to.) Tons of options for vegan, gluten free, special diet -There are all the vegan, sugar free, GF goodies you find at WFM and more. The juice bar is first class, the sushi corner meticulously tended and top quality, (I am vegetarian but...) the butcher is the best in town for ages and takes special care of his customers preferences - treats my mom like gold.) The international food section is full of goodies that are hard to find. All of the organic shampoo and personal care items you could dream of. The staff are great and the place has an awesome local feel. This place has raised the bar for long island and especially now that Whole foods is amazon I will never shop anywhere else. Super happy these guys are doing what they do in my hometown raising the bar for the whole community. Oh and the FLOWERS section... amazing quality!

Great store! Good for a snack, a meal or weekly shopping. We shop here frequently. Grocery selections exceed bigger stores. Produce quality is excellent. Butcher selections are top notch, well worth the price. Great cheese and prepared food departments. In store florist, sushi counter, juice bar and bakery! What more can you want?
Also good almost one stop for romantic dinner - choice food, flowers and desert. Wine available done the block!

Grocery store produce stinks. Need a vegetable market in every town. Plus they have nice fish and meats, chain stores just sell you the defrosted versions of stuff in the frozen cooler. Deli bar/hot food offerings are nice too. Quality has a price tho $$

Well, I like their produce, and there are some products that you can only find there, but the prices can be very high. Last week, my wife went to buy fish, and the prices ranged from $25 to $35 dollars per pound. More than double what they pay at a fine fish store. I also second the observation that another reviewer made that they selectively give out a free orange to their customers. It makes people feel uncomfortable when the person in front of you on line gets a free orange but you do not. Also, the owner, who also works a cash register, can be very nasty.

Did I say Yummy? YES the products in this market are fresh NATURAL and delicious the owner, Park did a great job! The store is well stocked and SUPER clean!!! Better then Keyfood across the street and Kings a few blocks away. Ample Parking behind the store. Prices are reasonable.

If you're staying relatively close to this store it's perfect for a quick shopping run. They have an exceptional meat & cheese selection and their produce section looks the same. They always have what I need when I'm staying in the area for business.
