This store has really gone down hill. Every time I come in shelves are empty, half the stuff I’m looking for is out of stock, and the aisles are filled with carts of product waiting to be stocked. And when I inquire I get the same response: “we’ve had a lot of call outs recently”. I’ve been told this for the past moth. Is this a way to run a grocery store? Maybe find reliable help.

I used to shop here. I am a huge civil and constitutional rights advocate! This business is acting in a communistic way as they seem to think their policy overrides your first amendment right. This will always lose my business and receive a bad review. Corporate policy never has a legal prority over your rights!

Grateful this store is located in the Flagstaff area as I prefer to support this store vs Amazon. Plenty of parking, clean store and helpful staff. They were out of what I was looking for, but I still found plenty of other items on my list. Thankful this grocery store encourages reusable bags and sustainability more than whole foods who takes thousands of Amazon returns that have to be placed into plastic.

Expensive, unfriendly and rude staff, lacking in fresh, affordable foods, and over all - more than just a touch of arrogance. Not like other Natural Grocers in other states. Pass on through and find another favorite high end food store in this area. Eat well, but reconsider sourcing from this store . A rare thumbs down is shared this time.

I love this store and shop here frequently. I love the produce section and vast bulk options. The only thing I would ask for is a better bread section, that goes beyond sandwich bread and buns. If this location carried things like fresh sourdough loaves, it’d fulfill my grocery store dreams.

I love getting my organic spices bulk here the prices are amazing.. could be the only place to get organic blue cornmeal in town....and the best selection of organic vegetables!!!
