Naela made the most delicious dinner for my father’s 70th birthday in our home. She even left us the recipes and cleaned up the kitchen. We love going to her library cooking demonstrations, and will definitely use her again the next time we need to cater a party!!

I highly recommend Naela’s Cooking demonstration and meal. What a great evening! Naela prepared a delicious meal while demonstrating every step of the way. She was prepared, professional and super friendly. She is so knowledgeable about spices and how to cook healthy meals. We will definitely do this again.

I am a big fan of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/Levantine cuisine, and Naela’s is simply the best! This is truly food made with love and artistry second to none. We ordered catering for a family celebration, then signed up for a cooking class in her home — both of these were absolutely amazing! A masterful chef, she immediately created a warm and festive atmosphere that made for the most enjoyable evening. Can’t wait to do it again! Thank you, Naela!!

I had the pleasure (along with 22 of my friends) to participate in one of Naela's Mediterranean cooking classes at the Port Jefferson Library today. Naela shared her wealth of knowledge with us and kept us thoroughly entertained as she demonstrated how to make delicious and healthy Mediterranean foods (baba ganoush, beef & vegetable pies, homemade pita bread, salad with a delicious Mediterranean dressing, and baklava). What a delicious meal we had! We are all looking forward to attending more of Naela's cooking classes!

I have been to 3 of Naela's cooking demonstrations, and all I can say is, I CAN'T WAIT FOR the next one! She is sweet, personable and informative. She takes time to explain what is in a recipe, various foods and spices and her culture. The food she makes is delicious, tasty and beautiful.
