Pretty bummed about our experience with this location and getting chicks. We went and bought 6 chicks from them. This is our first time getting chicks so I’m not experienced, but there was one that seemed like it wasn’t doing well. My mom and I brought it up to the girl who gave us the chicks and a couple people at the desk and they seemed bothered by our concerns and told us “it’s just relaxing”. The poor chicks eyes wouldn’t open and it was resting its head on the ground. Needless to say it died that night. When we went back to get a couple more chicks, one we got had an interesting looking beak. Again since I don’t know much about chicks, I brought it up to the girl handing out chicks and she said it was normal. Well now our chick has a severe cross beak. I called to let them know and they pretty much said there’s nothing they can do. Just upset because it looks like now we have to handle putting this chick down.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I bought 10, 40lb bird seed bags over time, with the advertisement your 10th bag is free. Went in for my 10th bag, rude cashier said its not tabulating there's nothing I can do. She could not have cared less. She said she would have the manager call me... still waiting for the phone call. Avoid this store, worst customer service ever.

Murdoch’s is a descent ranch and home supply store to visit for your home outdoors need. This type of store caters to the needs of a regular do-it yourself and the outdoors enthusiast. While in the store, they have everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, home and garden, outdoors grills, sporting goods, power equipment, clothing, automotive and ATVs, tools and hardware, and much more. Additionally, the staff was quite receptive, friendly, and was directional. I highly recommend others to come shop here.

Usually would have rated this store a 5 but today they were close to closing time and the cashier us feel like she was pushing us out the door and when anyone walked in she would shout we are closing soon. Just the tone of her voice was rude, I understand it was close to closing. Another plus is they have live chick's and baby ducks. They were so darn cute.

I have to mask because I have Lupus and am very very high risk for Covid but I’m an Independent.
Everyone in this store was so polite and none of the Customers harassed me for wearing a mask which I’m eternally grateful for ❤️

The prices are better than your run of the mill pet stores as well! A pet bandage wrap is like $1-2 here where Petco sells the same one for $10 👻

Very Disappointing.
Purchased $2100 snowblower, they Didn't check that it ran, oil was only half level and they gave me BS about returning it unused!!!?.
Unless you're a Special Regular customer, shop somewhere else.
