From the moment we arrived, Kelly, the employee who helped us, greeted us with the warmth and cheer of an old friend. She cucum-ber-ly treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine care, making us feel like we were in a cozy mom-and-pop shop rather than a successful pickle company’s headquarters.

The selection is a jar-dropping array of items, ensuring there's something for everyone. Kelly’s recommendations were spot on – the “Sweet Heat” Banana Peppers she suggested are now our new favorite. It's like she had a brine intuition!

Kelly even provided us with directions to fulfill our sightseeing needs by guiding us to the mural of pickle jars painted by Seraphim Smith in downtown Mt. Olive, NC. This added an okra on top of our vinegary visit.

Driving from Florida to DC, we never considered going out of our way for a pickle stop, but this experience has changed our gherkin minds. From now on, a trip to the Mt. Olive Gift Shop is a must, and we’ll be recommending it to all our friends and family.

We have bought KOSHER PETITE DILLS constantly for years. In recent times the size of the pickles have become soo large the flavor has been altered and the largest ones have a mushy texture. Is it to lessen the overall number of pickles, requiring a more frequent purchase, or to use up inferior pickles? We will watch for a return to the smaller, crisp ones.

If this comany chooses to use as a broker to book the load with a carrier. The broker doesn't get the load booked with a carrier within the appointment window. The driver has nothing to do with that. That's why it should be shipper to carrier with no middle man, especially since the invention of the internet. That driver is not responsible for the booking. Furthermore, it is a fact that shippers have no regard for drivers they just leave them sitting.There are 3 drivers at the window when I got my talking about how long they had been sitting. They made their appointment times, so what is the excuse for them. An employee who works in the warehouse told us his exact words was man it it chaotic in here right now. Shippers need drivers but disrespect them entirely. Some of us keep loads stacked on us, but if you have a company dragging your unload time, then it rolls over into the next company's pick-up time. The trucking industry needs a union. This has to stop at some point and time. Sitting 4.6.7 hours is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how spin it.

I want to share my outstanding customer service experience. I called them about a problem I had with a jar of pickles I had purchased. They apologized genuinely and today I got 3 -10 Dollar COUPONS to purchase their pickle products in the future. I arrived at 4:55pm. Checked in at 5. Unloaded by 5:30! Great customer service and very quick. I definitely recommend!

If it wasn’t for the lowball rates that the brokers are giving out for this particular place, I would say this is one of the best factories to pick up from. They have on site parking for semi trucks so if you arrive early, go to there factory location, which is about a mile away and you can sleep sleep there.friendly staff and quick loading process. But I have picked up from this facility multiple times and each time I’m allowed to sleep on their property and they have always loaded me quickly. I just wish they were control the brokers who get assigned to their loads or talk directly to truck drivers. The brokers are offering less than a dollar per mile on some of their loads. And we know that the brokers are lying because we have seen falsified documents to prove it. But overall love this facility

I recently bought a pickle from Walmart and a machine part was found in it and I gave it to my lawyer to file a lawsuit. What the insurance company said to my lawyer is that they are uncomfortable with me writing a comment here. I will demand my rights to the end. I trust the American justice. It was taken to court because my friend and I were poisoned. It is in our hospital documents.

I deliver here frequently in a tanker. Every person I have dealt with is wonderful. Great facility. Scale lines can be a little long some mornings. But they work through the line quickly. Always a pleasant experience.
