The employee jaylnn was very rude and disrespectful. This issue took place at pretzel maker. Rudely threw my items on the counter, did not greet. I had to state excatly what i wanted because i didnt get a “hello what can i get you?” At all

Constantly great !! My daughter does not like cake for her birthday so we are always looking for the next alternative. For the last three years Mrs.Fields has been on point ! Flawless designs, fast friendly service !! We will definitely be back for years to come !!

40 minutes wait for half dozen chocolate chip cookies with no customers for almost an hour of being there..never again corporate needs to check why this would happen at 1:40 pm today with the girl with glasses..

It's OK but the problem is that the cookies are too expensive and I don't think it is worth it. The cookies are to sugary but they are a little good.
