Favorite pumpkin patch in SD area. Real corn maze, cute animals to see for free. Love the buffalo. Pumpkins still on the vine in the field or in the barn, take your pick. The only thing missing is apple cider and a cute gift shop, but you can find that 30 minutes up the road in Julian.

It’s a nice fun place to visit with family. They have something for every age group. There are pumpkins to pick, hayrides, farm animals, corn maze, and food and drinks!

Very cute farm. We visited during pumpkin patch season and we loved it. There were lots of fun places to take pictures and the pumpkins were fairly priced, with a great variety! We enjoyed trying to find our way through the corn maze. We came from San Diego and it was worth the drive. Happy Halloween! 🎃

I grew up coming to this pumpkin patch with my family, and went back for the first time as an adult a couple weekends ago.

There’s a great selection of pumpkins, both pre-picked in the main barn, and out in the fields. It’s super fun to make the jaunt all the way to the back and pick your own little mini-pumpkins and gourds.

Petting zoo, corn maze, corn cannon, etc, if you like those activities. Random, but there’s a goat maze, and it’s pretty entertaining to look at for a while.

My daughter and I had a blast at the pumpkin patch. The lady helping on the Hayride greeted us with a smile and welcomed everyone with so much grace and with positivity. It wasn't expensive and they had a little of everything you could for the whole family. I can't wait to visit next year.

Every year for the last couple of years, we have been visiting different pumpkin patches around town and haven’t repeated. I have learned to stick to a “farm” not “station”. With that said, Mountain View is a farm/ranch and you see the pumpkin growing on the ground attached to the vines.

It’s about 25 minutes from Poway heading towards Julian. Entrance would be on the left and it’s all dirt. No real restrooms but yes portable restrooms in the parking lot.

This place is free and you pay extra for activities. This place is not as big as Bates or Oma but it does have:

-Corn maze $5
-Petting zoo
-Hay ride $5
-Corn cannon $1 for 2
-Pony rides $5
-Food truck
-Snack bar

Lots of photo opportunities. There’s so much to do for the family and kids. I even saw people bringing their dogs. There’s an area with picnic tables that you can bring your own food and just chill.

There’s a food truck that sells tacos and hamburgers. Also a snack bar that sells water ($2) and dipping dot ice cream. As well as corn in a cup.

It can get really hot inland so bring a hot, put on sun screen, and bring water.
