Decent selection, clean and nice enough people. I am however blown away by the prices. Higher than Sedona organic/natural stores and this is Cottonwood. Some things more than double. And it’s things like oat milk and produce. Basic things. I am writing this to be constructive, not to troll. I’d love to support local and small shops but I certainly cannot afford to shop here.

Would have had a better experience if the one of the ladies that worked there wasn't following us through the store asking if we needed something every couple min. If I needed help I would have asked for it. I hate being followed around while I shop.

Today I went into mount hope with my newborn and my mom to look for some natural supplements to help breast feeding and maybe something natural to help babies with gas. The two ladies that were helping were extremely rude and wouldn’t just show us where the baby stuff was. I felt they were being judgmental about my decision to give my baby medicine because he is 4 days old… by the way they also seemed concerned that he was out and about at 4 days old. one lady was like why don’t you take classes for baby massage… my mother already knows baby massage by the way… and also said it was probably my diet… I just wanted them to show me where some gas medicine was like I asked. It felt extremely invasive. Maybe they meant no harm but it was the attitude and over all energy I felt that I didn’t like or appreciate.. I’ve always liked mount hope as I always was drawn to everything natural and whole but that was the first time I asked for help finding something and I don’t think I will be again…

Small town place. Very personal. Some visits are great and good customer experience, other visits you feel like they want to throw you out of there. I guess it depends on who you get to help you. I love the concept, I love the availability, I dont mind paying a little more, but sometimes when I go there, I dont feel very welcome.

The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered at Hope store. Bulk spices are amazing quality and well priced, supplements as well. Most everything is high quality but very overpriced, even for this area of Arizona

Been shopping there for years. Miss Roga and Peggy. Several other staff people were always helpful.
Today, 7/2/24, I went in to buy some homeopathic items I'm familiar with. A large, sloppy, rude woman, wearing three pairs of glasses, rushed up and rudely asked what I was looking for. I told her what I wanted and she yelled at me, "MOVE! I CAN'T SEE!" She bulled her way in, trying to find what I already knew I wanted. I finally told her that I would find it.
She then moved on to a couple that was nearby and did the same, "MOVE, I CAN'T SEE!", thing to them.
This woman has to go. I won't shop there again until she's gone. Not appropriate for Mount Hope.
