Me and my mother came here two days ago to get my physical, I had brought my sports physical along and asked if they could help me fill it out. They said that apparently they “needed” a doctor specialized in the area.according to google and further research it says that a REGULAR Yes, a regular New York pediatrician can fill out the required sports physical form. My mom had went back two days after, because they had told her to come back in order to get it filled out. And now they are telling her to wait a week I honestly am heartbroken about this due the fact that I was a regular patient at this place and now I can say that they are so unprofessional and unreliable I genuinely never want to go back to this place ever again. On top of that they are the same reason my AUTISTICsister isn’t receding the therapy and education she needs due to them still not providing the papers my mother has been demanding since forever. If you want to come and sign your kids up to this place be prepared for a bunch of bullshit

The wrost clinic ever on mental health. The doctor I had is a horrible doctor. If you need a letter back to work from your Psychiatrist with doctor Alerte I'm letting you know this doctor will contribute to your issues instead of helping you with it. I had the worst experience please save yourself. And now they want you to pay for a ESA letter for emotional support pet. Something I been getting for free for years from a therapist don't come to this clinic. If I could give it 0 starts I will. The staff are great. But that doctor is the worst. And now this new policy with the ESA letter is just ridiculous. If we seeing a therapist already why should I Pay for it online?

After the Summer of 2024 having to deal with a dentist Han Su or whatever his name was billing me, I had to put an appeal that lasted 3 months that my Medicaid Metroplus had to deal with them. Now once again another set of paperwork has come through for a new dentist for another set of appeals. Dentaquest needs to get their shit together and so does this office. They tell you one dentist accepts your insurance and then suddenly they change their minds.

I have been coming to this place for the past 34 for ÿear. The doctors are great. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful and respectful. Love going they.

Please everyone change your location of doctor's. This place is no good. The recording says you could get a Physical appointment with in the same date. This is NOT true I been trying to get an appointment and they tell me late Janurary. Why say same date appointment when it's NOT true. If anyone knws of a better place let me know I would chane in a heart beat

I got a same day appointment 30 minutes after I called. I was seen, taken care of , and discharged in about 25 minutes. Thestaff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

Great people , great doctors!!!
Do not see all the reviews of negative people.
I love this place, they are amazing, they take care of you throughout all your appointments and visits from the moment you get inside. My kids love Dr Beruke!! So sad that they grown up alrededor and have to move on to the adult section but we love Doctor Taylor!!!
It’s a great place, it’s a community where you can trust and count on them all the way.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM. I arrived at 9:15 AM, and I didn't leave until 12:15 PM. For starters, Dr. Rachelle Derosena- GYN: she mispronounced a patient’s name while calling for her before seeing me. She kept obnoxiously calling it out and then loudly saying, 'What the fu-- is this damn patient's name, that she's not coming.' The receptionist corrected her after realizing the mispronunciation. She then spent almost two hours with that patient. Finally, at 11:45 AM, it was my turn. Here are the key points of my terrible visit: She calls you 'honey' or 'sweety' in a condescending tone. She asked if I remembered when I received my immunizations. I'm not sure how she expected me to remember that when I received them in 2009 (she confirmed the date) and we are now in 2024. She judged me for my medical decisions to not have birth control but if she would do her job and check my chart, she would be able to review my bad experiences with birth control. I have never felt put down by a female doctor in the way she did. She was more concerned about arguing back with me and ensuring i know she's right and not wrong, than actually doing her job. Her disgusting/disrespectful/condescending tone is the reason why this clinic will not be a safe space for patients. Only reason i gave the two stars is because the reception and nurses are great.
