We lost a tree in a storm last year and were concerned about now we were going to replace it. After seeing ads about trees from Moon Valley, we decided to visit and see what they could do for us. We have always wanted a Jacaranda, so they showed us a beautiful tree which was on sale (even better!). We purchased it on the spot and 2 weeks later we had our tree delivered and planted. We could have had it sooner, but that was the most convenient for us. They arrived in time and within 15 minutes, we had a very professionally planted tree. We are looking forward to seeing its beautiful purple blooms. We were very impressed with their professionalism on every level and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more in the future.
6 weeks later, we have beautiful purple blossoms! We couldn’t be happier with our decision.

For our first time visiting, we had an amazing experience! Kelly and Savannah were very friendly and informative. I’d highly recommend visiting! There’s nice deals on nice plants/flowers/shrubs/decor that I took advantage of for my very first garden. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to go!

This is our second planting with moon valley and couldn’t be more than impressed. 1) Niko and Lou have been our main contacts and are just outstanding people, great at communicating, and really make the tree buying experience as painless as possible. 2) Ian Witte and his team were 10/10 today—they were extremely speedy, efficient, but meticulous in making sure the tree face was in the optimal direction and the trunk was perfectly straight. They didn’t make us feel bad when we asked for small adjustments and overall it was the best tree planting experience we’ve had. Ian was so super thoughtful in the re-routing of our waterline box and drip lines. All together a great experience, we’ve now had well over 30 trees planted on this property and I’d ask for this team again (and we actually get them again in a few weeks for a couple more trees!)

I live out of state, while I was here, I was trying to find a particular kind of cactus. I called Moon Valley, in Phoenix. Kelly answered the phone, answered about ten questions at least. Didn't try to hurry me, was so informative. She even let me send a picture of what I was looking to her personal phone...so nice! Of course I went there, and found just the right cactus. She explained to me how to pack it as it's being mailed back to my home. She was so informative and so helpful, as well as just plain kind.... You would have thought she was the owner. F y I.... I called a few other places and did not have near the response. I had from kelly... thank you Kelly and entire staff...5 stars is not enough.

I fist came here a few weeks ago when I got tired of looking at the dead tree in the front yard of my new house and decided it was time to finally replace it, since Landsea refused to replace all the dead trees in everyone's front yard. I had the best interaction with absolutely no pressure to buy from the employee who assisted me. Devin was polite and professional, and the whole process of selecting trees was a breeze. I was given little white flags to put where the different trees were going to go and install day came, I wasn't home to see the crew, but I came home to a beautiful tree in the front and another in the back yard. My neighbors all still have dead trees, and they all compliment my gorgeous tree out front. I came back here again, having received an email about a weekend sale, and I saw they had crape myrtles available.
Again, Kelley, who assisted me, was a no pressure, informational, and professional experience. We were able to get the right size and color trees I wanted ordered with Kelly's help and a much faster install date than I could have hoped for. I'm looking forward to another smooth install and more beautiful trees in my yard. Thanks for the friendliness and professionalism!

Moon Valley Nurseries is an absolute disaster of a business, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. From the moment I purchased my trees, the experience was a complete nightmare. The salespeople are pushy, aggressive, and only care about making the sale. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Deliveries were repeatedly missed or delayed, and the company showed zero accountability for the mess they created. The level of disorganization and bad attitude from their staff is unmatched.

I didn’t even receive the correct tree I ordered. Their attempt to fix the mistake by “upgrading” me to more expensive, mature trees was a joke. Half of those trees died within weeks, along with every single shrub they planted, including the replacements. The tree care service they offer is nothing but a scam. They claim to care for the trees but don’t even bother showing up. I have video proof that they falsely marked services as completed on two separate occasions.

The warranty is an outright fraud. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a replacement lemon tree, which I paid for under the warranty, and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite spending $3,200, I’m left with dead shrubs, dead trees, and empty promises. This company takes your money and delivers nothing but stress and disappointment. The replacements they provide die just as quickly as the originals, and they refuse to refund or replace anything in a meaningful way.

Their high employee turnover makes an already terrible situation even worse. My first delivery didn’t happen because the driver didn’t show up, and the foreman walked off the job. I wasted five hours off work waiting for nothing. The second delivery was late, and while a couple of employees worked hard to salvage that day, it didn’t change the fact that half the plants I received died shortly afterward. Even the few helpful employees, like Steven and Brandon, are no longer with this location which speaks volumes about their work environment.

This place is an overpriced scam that provides poor-quality trees and shrubs, non-existent customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. They’ve made countless empty promises to make things right, but nothing ever happens. I’m at the point of considering filing a complaint with the attorney general’s consumer division because of the sheer hell this company has put me and my family through.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress. This nightmare is not worth it. Moon Valley Nurseries is an absolute disgrace, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

Savanna, who works for Moon Valley Arcadia nurseries did a most excellent job of running my landscape project. The foreman and the crew were on time, professional, very clean and did a most excellent job. I will use Moon Valley Arcadia nurseries anytime I have a Landscape project. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I visited this Moon Valley Nurseries location yesterday to purchase some stone fruit trees (for our landscaper to pick up and plant for us). Kelley Mace greeted and helped us out. We ended up buying a Santa Rosa Plum and Desert Peach trees. He even gave us the landscaper price (after checking our landscaper's account). He was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience a great one for us!

Today, when I called to ask some questions, the other Kelli (sp? - one of the store managers) helped answer them.

From Savannah (who I called on Thursday for help), to Kelli, to Kelley, the staff there at the Arcadia Moon Valley store are top-notch. We trust them and will be back when we need additional items.
