I have had the worst experience dealing with Moody sewer. I have called several times and even left voicemails and have not received a call back. I emailed a point of contact Emily several times for weeks before she even responded without fixing the issue. I emailed her again and every time after she made an excuse. Then today I spoke with her and she had a condescending tone and disconnected the call. I doubt she will be held responsible, she’s not even held responsible for her job of taking calls, responding to emails and doing her regular job duties. I also spoke with her supervisor Terri she was nice but still didn’t resolve any issues. I’ve been charged an astronomical sewer bill for a water leak that was in my yard from my sprinkler system. How can I be charged and it is not for sewer inside my home. They couldn’t even explain why I’m being charged. I understand my Birmingham water bill being high but not the sewer.

The lady who works on the phones there is so helpful and extremely nice. We had a leak at our house which resulted in a huge sewer bill and she was kind enough to explain everything and helped us get a credit on our account for fixing the leak. Every time I call she is friendly.
