Great produce, fruits and staples at reasonable prices (in a neighborhood where prices are very unreasonable). It is oddly right next to an incredibly overpriced much larger grocery store, so you just might miss it if you aren't paying attention. This is the place to go in the area for great fruits and veggies -- read the reviews -- they are spot on. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful too. All of this AND you are supporting a local small business!

I was waltzing by here on a cloudy, fall day and the radiance of the produce section through the windows drew me in. After glancing around at the many options, I purchased probably the best mandarin orange of my life with a single 1 dollar bill (the mandarin itself was 89¢). I consider myself to be something of an orange connoisseur, but even I don't find myself regularly making an impulse orange purchase. Something about this market is magical, and I will be sure to return next time I find myself in the neighborhood!

Great fruits and vegetables for the area. nice no frills spot with friendly staff and a good selection. My go to shopping spot, way better than trader joes, whole foods, and neighboring stores. Best avocados that I've ever had. Their produce is actually ripe! Most of it you can eat the same day instead of having to wait a whole week. Of course carrying produce that is ripe to eat same day runs the risk of getting a slightly overripe fruit once in awhile, but it's worth it.

Amazing! Stopped in for the first time last week and was surprised at the organic selection and all the vegan products they have--wow! The owner talked about willingness to order produce another customer was looking for. Very helpful and friendly. I got the best tofu-yu brand tofu in pesto and black pepper-garlic, omg so good! Locally made and the seasonings are made in the tofu not just marinated on the outside. Glad to support this business that seemed family owned. 🙂 👍🏼 great selection! Huge chocolate section including vegan, dairy free. Large gluten free options as well.

Corner grocery with fresh produce and many pantry staples. A little expensive, but no more so than Piedmont Grocery next door. Their produce is always fresh and it's never overly crowded when I stop by. This place is actually still a quick stop for me whereas most other places I've had to learn to tack on an extra 10 minutes for lines and such.

Great place, family run grocery with excellent selection of organic and non-organic produce plus all the basics. The couple who run it are very nice and they have really good prices. Come and support your local businesses!
