We can't say enough about the Monis Cellars in Santa Barbara California. This relatively new winery's mission is to hand pick grapes and make wine in small batches to achieve luxurious taste quality, while making sure nothing goes to waste. And the grapes are grown organically, which is very important to me and my family. The medium dry Chardonnay is fermented in French Oak barrels and especially delicious with our fish entrees. We're uncorking the 2018 Syrah tonight!

Ok, I’ve never found a Syrah or Rosé I’ve loved more. And have not gotten a headache from. Their Syrah is by far my favorite Syrah, and their Rosé is the only Rosé I love to drink! They just released their Pinot Noir and it has a nice finish. So good!
