I had a truly disappointing experience with Monarch Tractor.
I took delivery of their newest tractor MK-V last December.
I followed the guidelines provided by Monarch and PG&E meticulously and I invested in a J1772 charger as recommended and invested in professional installation with a qualified electrician company. I have also paid my team for professional training on the usage of the tractor. Despite these efforts the model I received never charged properly . I have been in contact with Monarch Support since February to resolve this issue, but to no avail, nor have they offered to take back their defective product with a refund. Since 2 full months is plenty of time to resolve a critical issue, and my investment has been significant, and I was planning cultivating and mowing in my ranch with the tractor which has been impossible obviously since the device is dead, I must report my extreme disappointment with this company, I am sorry to say I recommend to stay away from their products and their business from the time being until and unless they are able to address some very significant and critical engineering issues for which their product is severely lacking.

Reading the other reviews I see this does seem to be a good place to work, which is not necessarily incompatible with products being faulty. I sincerely Monarch can channel this positive energy into fixing their products including the particular model I bought..

I am the "owner" of a Monarch Tractor. It is badly designed and is terrible for vineyard use. Mine was taken back to the factory over 6 months ago and never seen or heard of again and I thought I would get a refund. No word, No tractor - Lousy product. The first time I used it the unit started to roll over on me. Get one at your own peril. Huge waste of my time.
