Terrible quality control, awful customer service. We ordered (28) bone in, smoked hams to give our employees for Christmas. Bait and switch because what they gave us was compressed DELI MEAT!!!! Then they won’t make it right except in a way that works best ONLY for THEM 👍. Avoid. When I asked for compensation their response was “what do you want me to do, take $100 out of my own pocket?” No I expect your company to fix a mistake and leave a customer feeling satisfied.

I'm a over the road truck driver. I had a delivery at Mivila. They start receiving at 1pm. Their docks are located on the back of the building. Unload in 15 minutes. They take comdata or efs.
