What a refreshing experience with a dispensary... Came in on a Tuesday night, greeted by Carl, the security guard (or more rightfully, a host), and then helped by James, who was the manager... Instead of trying to upsell me, he listened to my requests/needs and then tailored his recommendations to my specific desires. Prices are very fair and overall probably the best experience I've had in a dispensary, highly recommended!

Wonderful staff and great products at affordable prices! Jacqueline was especially helpful during today’s visit. She helped me navigate the sales / deals for the day which can be a bit confusing for me. So I always appreciate the awesome people there <3

This review is for the online delivery service, as I have never been inside the store before. I've been an online customer for about 2 years now, so I've placed a LOT of orders. I've also been a customer with many, many other dispensaries before, and I have first-hand experience working at one for over a year.

The best part about M.O. is the prices, especially for concentrates. On a good month they'll have 1g of wax for as low as $16 minus tax. I have yet to see anywhere else that can go lower than that. So M.O. has always been my go-to.

The other positive is the drivers. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but by now I forgot tbh. Leslie in particular was outstanding, and a gentleman who's name starts with "W" (Wes?) was always a delight to interact with. The older Michael #2 is also great!!
There was this one man though, I forgot his name, but he was the absolute worst apple out of a very pleasant bunch. I remember him squinting/glaring at me and asking "are you REALLY over 21...?". My guy, if I weren't, I wouldn't be a customer. And it's not anyone's fault that if they look younger than they are xD Are you suggesting your customer is being fraudulent? I genuinely understand that drivers go through a lot, but this guy needs basic customer service training. In my opinion, FRIENDLY delivery service is a must when it comes to cannabis, especially due to the shady nature of how it feels to pick up drugs from a stranger's car (anyone who lives in the cookie-cutter suburbs will know what I mean lol).

Now the worst part...
Unfortunately their whole delivery system has been laggy and weird as of late (the past few months). I used to get speedy deliveries, updates, ETA, but no longer. Now I have to text like 3 different numbers just to get some kind of response back. And sometimes it's not even a response other than a link that should've been sent automatically over an hour ago. I feel lucky on the days I get a "sorry about that" or any other word. In total, it could take over 2 hours to get your order delivered. This honestly sucks because you end up having to plan your day around 1 delivery. It used to not be like this, and idk if them opening another branch store and becoming busier with a wider customer base has anything to do with it. In any case, though, this is likely to drive your loyal customers away over time, especially because it's so consistently slow. Seriously, Eaze gets to my house within 30 minutes of placing an order, and I live a similar distance between them and M.O. I'm much more likely to purchase the same products for a higher price, if it means I don't have to waste literally 2-3 hours of my day waiting on my purchase to come. Seriously, there was one time I didn't get any contact 2 hours after ordering, so I took a shower, and all of a sudden in the middle of my shower I FINALLY get an ETA text saying my driver is less than 10 minutes away. Lmao like bruh

Last but not least, M.O. really needs to get with the times and change the platform they use to host their website. You can't ever enter in/apply promos (and have the order total re-calculated for you) even though it's advertised. It just says to "request it" but that's after you already place an order, without the updated total. This leaves a lot of risk for error so I've never attempted to buy anything promo'd/discounted, even when the deals look good. THIS APPLIES TO THE BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT AS WELL. Eaze and other sites automatically send you a code you can use on your birthday, but with M.O. I would have had to call the store. It's whack that a customer has to even ask. Why make the customer do so much for what YOU guys advertise?

I'll only update this review to a higher rating when they update their standards and utilize a website design that doesn't scream 2009. Peace y'all!

You know at first I thought I finally found a place that was affordable, WRONG. The pricing you have online is not what you charge people in the store. When I see something online for $18 no way in hell should it be $28 when I go to buy. The lady that works there is rude as hell. Purple start is 100% better than this place. Rude people and horrible service.
