Mindscape is one of those places that make me truly happy to live here. It’s a friendly, open space where you can have a conversation or sit by yourself and just reflect on life. I can’t think of any other place that offers delicious 3% alcohol delights, and as someone who enjoys a drink but doesn’t like to feel drunk it’s heaven. The menu varies from beer to kombucha to seltzers to kefir water, and while I have yet to try the food here it always looks good! The owner has achieved a vibe that feels like home, not your average bar but something so much more. Thank you for existing Mindscape!! We hippie chicks love u xoxo

Amazing brewery that's focused on quality and original ideas staffed with some of the most wonderful people you could hope for. They also ferment their own foods that are out of this world. Do yourself a favor and make this your new regular spot you won't regret it

From the moment you step in the door of this magically charming oasis, you feel at home. The decor has the perfect combination of industrial production and a cozy she cave. The ferment creations, both food and libations, are perfectly balanced and delicious. Whatever your preference for libations, there is something you'll enjoy. The owners and staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and loving. You will find this spot to be your escape when you just need a break. Seriously, you won't regret stopping by.

I know how hard these three female owners work to make Mindscape Fermentations a satisfying, fun and healthy place to eat and drink, sit down and relax. They search for the most wholesome and natural ingredients available. Personally, I enjoy the panini sandwich with fermented veggies on the side. Being a teetotaler, I’m still served with a delicious and nutritious probiotic, fruitie drink. Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ brewery.

What an amazing place, atmosphere and experience. 10/10 recommend. Also, the best vibey music ever. Everyone that works here is the sweetest, most friendly and kind human I have interacted with ever. They just won ALL of the awards for hard kombucha at the brewers cup. Beer is fire. Wine is fire. Kombucha is FIRE. People are amazing. The vibe is great. You must go 😍

We love, love, love this place! They always use seasonal ingredients and come up with great specials. Great selection of kombuchas, beers and probiatic sodas. And the owners and staff couldn't be nicer. We come weekly.

Honestly, I've been to my fair share of breweries in the Sacramento and surrounding areas and this one is by far my favorite. My Wife and I went there this past week and Wow! They have a great selection across the board for all beer lovers, but most of all the kombucha, sours and seltzers. The colors of their drinks are insane! All natural and you can taste every individual flavor in the drinks. Get a flight if it's your first time. I actually cannot believe I'm saying this because I'm a kombucha, sour, seltzer kind of guy and my wife likes the Hazy's, but for the first time in my life. I found a hazy that I can actually enjoy. Check out the colors in this flight! Also, the staff is incredibly personal, professional and knows what they're doing. They make the experience feel very personalized and comfortable. The place is pristine and very clean. The food is so so so good. Get the fermented onion dip and chips with veggies. Overall, we will be back and next time we will bring friends along, because I want to share this place with everyone.

We tried this place out finally, we have been meaning to try it for sometime now. We loved it! Great drinks and great food. Love the healthier twist to the menu. Alot of the drinks are actually functional and offer nutritional value. We also loved the very unique fermentation concept. We will be back for sure!
